Membership Information

DOSA membership for regular members for the 2009-2010 school year is $95. Membership for retired members is $60, and student membership is $35. This includes the required membership to the national AOSA. Workshops may be purchased as a series or individually.

Single Workshop (DOSA members)       $20.00
                (Non-members)        $35.00
                (Full-time Students) $5.00

Onsite registration begins at 8:00 A.M. or pre-register ahead of time to avoid waiting in line.

This year's membership form is not currently online. You may contact our membership chair to obtain one, or you may fill out a form at the registration table on any workshop day.

Mail completed form and payment to the address listed on the form. (Online registration is not available.)
